Scripture: Romans 8:11
And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.
Testify:
Several years ago, I experienced a period of time when I didn't want to attend my place of worship. During this period, I struggled with my faith and felt a deep sense of emptiness. I failed to see beyond humanity's flaws and forgot to trust the Spirit of God that resides within me. I lost sight of the God to whom I had devoted my life many Sundays ago. At that time, I felt disconnected from fellowship and unanchored in truth. I was living a lie until I began to seek what I had lost: a genuine relationship with God the Father. To restore this relationship, I realized I needed to confess my sins to Jesus, who sacrificed Himself for me even when I was still lost in my wrongdoing. Through this process, the Spirit of Christ and the power of His resurrection were renewed in my life. I discovered what had been missing, and what seemed dead within me came back to life once more.
Edify:
In the passage above, the Apostle Paul speaks not only to the people of Rome but also to us today. He reminds us that the same Spirit that dwelled in Christ and resurrected Him is the very Spirit that lives inside each of us. When we reflect on this message, we might believe that we should always live victorious and joyful lives. However, in reality, life does not always feel that way. As we hold onto the hope of resurrection through the Spirit, it is essential to remember that the same Spirit that empowered Christ and
helped Him face tough times is also with us. Just as Jesus wept for Jerusalem, felt anguish in the garden, and endured suffering on the cross, the Spirit that accompanied Him throughout His life provides us with the strength and grace needed to continue our journey.

The spirit of Christ is always present within you, especially during challenging seasons in life. When you encounter these difficulties, it is important to spend time connecting with God. Take a moment to reflect on any mistakes you might have made and recognize how the Spirit of God can help rebuild and resurrect your relationship with Him. Give it a try—it truly works!
