Scripture: Romans 12:7-8 NIV
"If it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.”

The road to uncovering your gift is not always a lonely conquest, often times
it takes support from others. Like in an army, each soldier has an individual
skill to contribute to the mission, but it is the duty of the drill sergeant to organize and orchestrate how to effectively conquer. Without the Sargent’s orders, things would be disorderly and chaotic. Leaving soldiers to fight the battle in whichever way they deemed appropriate. A spiritual army is likewise needed to assist you in uncovering your gifts, so he gives an administrator to provide order and harmony.
Edify: Gift of Administration
In a biblical context, "administration" refers to the wise stewardship and management of resources, people, and tasks within the church. Emphasizing order, leadership, and servant leadership. Servant leadership is needed to effectively accomplish God's work. Therefore, the scripture says whatever your calling, do it and do it well. Be mindful, should you need assistance in uncovering your gifts, find the one with the gift of administration. They can assist and lead you to your destination.
